How do I apply for Fail Fast Program?

What is the Selection Process?

All the participants that shall complete the registration process and payment process shall be eligible for the program. Ideally the Cohort strength shall be around 40-50 startups.

What extra effort will I need to put throughout the program?

While the program offers each startup a Portfolio Manager to help navigate through the resources of the program and share any missed updates; the startup eventually has to be dedicated throughout the 6-week process.

What is the Fee Structure and process of payment for the program?

While the program fees run on a fixed fee model(details are available in the registration form), there is a group discount if more than 5 startups wish to apply together. Email dhaval@impunjab.org to confirm the same before making payments. In case of any unavoidable reasons before the beginning of 2nd week of the program, the entrepreneur can request participation in the next cohort.

What if I am not able to make sales even after the program?

The program primarily helps validate the market and establish Product Market Fitment, which builds a high chance for 1st sales being converted. The experts and team associated shall be suggestive of ways to pivot or take the existing solution forward; but eventually it shall be the startups’ responsibility to build a robust and successful startup.

What will be the Post Program Support and Benefits?

The startups can always request an office hour post the program and attend sessions in the upcoming Fail Fast cohort. Priority for any open programs shall be considered for your startup.

Building anything is an iterative process, there is a good chance your first product can be the right fit for the market, but there is a chance that it couldn’t as well, and the clear indicator for the same is sales. Just in case the product market fit cannot be established, we can always reposition the product, find a more relevant market, or modify the value proposition.
